Our budget package is for those of us trying to stay connected while apart. We provide a small, high quality camera and microphone, an easy to setup lighting kit, and everything you need to put it together. This kit includes one hour of remote support, and if you have any more questions after that, we’ll get back to you in 24 hours.
This is the package for our video bloggers, culture vultures, and live streaming influencers. This kit includes the same camera/mic combo as our Friends and Family Kit, but we also provide our no-shadows lighting kit and premium earphones. Remote support for this package is available at a competitive hourly rate, and the first two hours are free.
A package for our professionals who can’t afford to compromise when it comes to getting their message across. This kit provides high quality video, high quality audio, and a pro lighting rig with 3 full-spectrum lights on telescoping stands. Easy to set up, easy to adjust, and remote support for this package is available whenever you need it, free of charge.
If you have all the equipment you need, but need a little help getting it all to work better, this option connects you with the same AV technicians we send out into the field to support live events and broadcasts. You tell us if you’re using Zoom or Hangouts or Skype, then we’ll use the same platform for your support session. We can help you with software settings and audio routing, troubleshooting quirks in your space, and optimizing lighting and camera angles.

We’ll customize a solution for you, pack everything together, provide setup instructions, and also provide remote setup help and support. We can even help you work out advanced streaming software options or in some cases take on that part of the process for you remotely. And of course, Park Boulevard is still here for you if you are planning ahead for Virtual-based events that will require excellent on-site technicians.
Having trouble finding a good background for your video chats because of the room you’re in? Need a green screen because your computer can’t do the built-in digital backgrounds without one? Or, do you just hate the way the fuzzy edges and odd depth of field in digital backgrounds look? Add a simple physical backdrop to introduce some flair to your video chats, while creating privacy for both yourself and any other people who may wish to move through the space in which you’re set up. We can work with you to find the right backdrop, which can be solid color including green screen, patterned, custom branded, or anything else that you like. We’ll make sure the dimensions will work for you and your camera angles, and provide all of the mounting hardware needed for it to stand up safely and smoothly.
Most of these packages assume that you are doing entirely “live” activities – video conferences, meetings, chats, and the like. But if what you want to do is something a bit more polished, like a Virtual Choir or Professional Speaker Series, we can help you collect the files from people at home and piece it together into the video you’ll then share. And throughout that process we can help create guidelines and provide remote support for anyone contributing to your project that may be less technical.
For the most quality-conscious customers, any one of our packages can be augmented to include a high quality audio recording of your event for archival, web upload, or post-production purposes. We send upgraded equipment, and include added service time to make sure your system is functioning perfectly. Once your recording is finished, we can help edit the files if you need.
